Who is MakeRoom?

Make Room is a global initiative with 11 locations across 8 regions, including three international campuses. Led by Pastor John Siebeling, Make Room offers an array of practical, collaborative resources and events tailored to address the unique challenges of modern ministry such as:

• Whiteboard Sessions: These interactive gatherings provide pastors with actionable insights on defining church culture, improving weekend experiences, and fostering leadership excellence.
• Axis Network Events: Tailored for youth pastors, these events focus on strategies to connect with and lead the next generation, and strengthen youth leadership teams.
• Lead Pastor Meet-Ups: Exclusive opportunities for senior pastors to network, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships with peers from across the country.
• Financial Summit: A focused dive into church finances, including fostering a culture of generosity, creating strategies for high-capacity givers, and developing effective budgeting systems.

In addition to these programs, Make Room has a weekly podcast, Leadership in Black & White podcast, hosted by Pastors John Siebeling and Wayne Francis that tackles real-world leadership challenges and examines the church’s evolving role in today’s society.
